If you look at the world as a whole all immigration moves toward the white race. White people generally have no desire to live in countrys with people of color and all countrys with people of color want to move to a country that is majority white. People are willing to risk their lives to get to the United States Australia England and other predominately white countrys is this because they simply dont have the intelligence to properly run their own countrys?

Are you implying that the rest of the human race wants to be like the "white" race? No, I don't think that's true at all. People like to immigrate to the US, Canada and such because there is more freedom than in their own countries. Nobody likes being controlled, everyone likes doing their own thing with free well. By the way, I think the correct term to use is "caucasion" not white.
