Spend a little time with the customer if you can.

If they are telling you about an issue - be open to it. If they have a problem, make sure to notify someone. Hopefully if there are a few complaints about the same issue someone will try to fix it - and remember, for every one that takes the time to complain 10 do not - they just go shop somewhere else.
