Anything that is healthy for you is healthy for your hamster. Start taking a small piece of your healthy meals and giving it to your hamster. The only thing you need to do is take out any uneaten portions in a few hours. If you don't take them out, they'll go bad. Once you've done this a few times, you'll get used to the portion size your hamster will eat. You'll soon notice that he loves certain foods but doesn't care for others. Pasta noodles, cheese, peanut butter sandwiches, cereal, the list goes on and on. Just remember, if it's not healthy for you, don't give it to your hamster.
An excellent thing you can feed your hamster is scrambled eggs or tofu, they just love it. You can also give dog biscuits (like Milk Bone) as a treat. The hardness of the biscuit helps to grind their teeth down.
One thing that I enjoy feeding my hamsters is a bit of peanut butter and/or honey smeared into the bottom of a glass baby food jar. You should see them cram their heads in there to lick it all out. They get a bit messy, I find it funny and endearing. If you don't have a baby food jar, you can use a glass jar. Of course you could buy a baby food jar of something yummy for the hamster and let him at that. He won't eat the whole thing at once but you can just screw the lid back on and store it in the fridge. Throw out anything he hasn't eaten in a week and wash out the jar. If you have a clear plastic or glass cage, you can smear a bit of peanut butter or honey on the side of the cage and watch him lick it out.
You can also use a glass baby food jar to feed your little friend yogurt or cottage cheese. You could make one of those peanut butter/bird seed pine cones and hang it in your hamsters cage. You could buy one of those fancy dog cookies or cupcakes they sell at some pet stores now. You can even feed him a bit of uncooked/dry pasta. There are so many ideas!

Oatmeal is alright, and so are crackers. But by cooking any thing, it loses most of its nutritional value. But No meat, fungi (mushrooms) or potatoes. Keep big seeds away. Most hamster care websites have "what not to feed" lists.

I give my hamster grainy cereal all the time (stuff like cheerios, rice puffs, rice crispies, wheat puffs,...anything not too sugary) I also give him crackers, sometimes a little bit of cheese, nuts, apple bits, etc.

Mine loved rice crispies. Pretty much any cereal that doesn't have sugar coated all over it. Corn flakes and plain granola are also good.
