I'm not sure where you live, but ULTA definitly sells Essie. I'll give you their website, although they don't have Essie products online. Also, try Sally Beauty maybe?

No, Essie is now available exclusively in nail salons, not at the drugstore.

Of couse you can still bye all of them things. You can buy the nail polishes at a dollar store theres different stores you can buy those things.
