ITES means Information Technology Enabled Services.
Job opputunities are huge in India. Since here the industry is catering mainly to outsourcing and support, so a lot of scope.
Plus there is actually a shortage of trained professionals here. Since the demand outstrips the supply, the scope is immense.
And I don't think I need to answer it specifically for a career-oriented woman. This is an unbiased industry. You get appreciated for your hard work.

ITES means Information Technology Enabled Services. Job oppurtunities are good but dont look to make a career in this field. U can be in this field for 1 or 2 year and then jump into IT field.
