well some modeling agents have whats called casting calls. adn u send ur pics into there and they see if ur modeling matrial. or if they just see u in like a store or food place or something. but im a abercrombie and fitch model and my brother started modeling for them and they just saw me .. and yea.. lol

Start by making a portfolio. Get some to photograph you. Drop your pics & resume at an agency.
