Celsius or Fahrenheit?

If you mean Celsius, try Guatemala, Nicaragua, and so on in Central America.

If you mean Fahrenheit, I don't think there is any; it gets above freezing at times just about everywhere.

And if you mean Kelvin, you're on the wrong planet. ;)

Hawaii is a state in the USA, but its temperature ranges are similar to those especially if you live in one of the more elevated areas on Maui.
