I personally don't have one, but many of my friends do. Every single one of my friends with the RAZR phone have their buttons not working or it randomly turns off. That is not a very good phone.

I have the pink RAZR I find the sound to be very poor quality. I have a lot of dropped calls but that's probably just the provider..
Sometimes it turns itself off when I turn it back on screen
remains black or camera shows only on one half of the screen the other half is normal.
Other then that no problems, but I think its annoying enough. I'm looking for a different phone.

I have had mine for two days and have owned many different cell phones. Mine is being returned due to very poor sound quality. It acts like it is constantly dropping a call, but it isn't, so I hear only parts of words. Perhaps I should only pay half price since only half the words get to me. :o)

nope. i've had mine for six months and no problems at all. it's the best phone i've owned, and i've had 3.
