To the 'educated' people, Howard Dean is not paid with taxpayer money, and is not running for President. I would rate him 110 for masterminding the great election of 2006, which he fostered by bringing a 50 state philosophy back to the Democratic party.

Howard Dean has not set a clear angenda for the Democratic
Party. Other than regain the white-house in 2008.
He won't insist that Democratic candidates relay specifics
on issues. Beat the Republicans at all cost (not too many
who are serving in office that I am particularly fond of) is
his and other high level democratic officials mantra.
If we as country don't stop playing the blame game, and
paying attention to opinion polls this country will fall.If we have to
attack our opposition, lets attack their ideas. Not their character.
It is petty public behavior that destroyed the empires of Greece
and Rome. If we don't stop that practice, another great society
will perish into the pages of historical oblivon.For anyone that loves this country, its time to for us to be leaders again. To
follow not just our hearts, but our common sense. In doing that,
this nation will fullfill Abraham Lincoln's proclaimation that we are the great hope on earth.
