Ones which have vertical stripes and are flattering in all the right places. Never wear horizontal stripes or polka dots for that matter as that has the opposite effect. Empire line tops are good and also long tops.

1.With a full bust avoid high necklines they make you look much bulkier and go for large prints instead of small for the same reason.
2. Avoid horizontal stripes they make you look much wider.
3. V necks and lower necklines elongate the neck.
4. If you have a nice cleavage, show it off! wear a good bra with support and uplift.
5. If you're trying to cover a bit of a tummy, the empire line nips in nicely under the bust at the thinnest part of the torso and skims over all the lumps and bumps.
6. Avoid chunky sweaters and cardigans and go for finer knitwear.
7. A good tailored jacket that is structured to come in at the waist gives a great shape.
8. Go for larger accessories, as you can carry them off.
9. make the most of your curves!

For a girl wishing to disguise her curves, I'd suggest a tunic or empire waisted one, preferably with a floaty hemline. A few extra inches of length will make your torso look longer and leaner. A sweetheart neckline can make a full chest look odd an out of proportion while a scoop or v-neck plays it up. Large prints / busy colors draw attention to extra weight, so keep it simple. Accessories can be bigger and bolder, so keep a necklace or earrings the focal point of the outfit.

If by that you mean full busted then go for a deep V necked top, if you want to disguise a bigger stomach, go for one that is fitted under the bust and then looser underneath as it will draw attention to your cleavage rather than your stomach. Also, if your arms are fuller, then the new floaty sleeves would be perfect.
