I don't have a clue what 'aunti flow' is ... but I can 'tell you' the 'physical reasons' you might not be getting pregnant, and possibly give you some 'help' to get pregnant.
First, you should 'eat healthy' and get 'good exercise' for at least three months BEFORE you even 'try' to get pregnant. Since there are 'two of you' involved in your getting pregnant, it doesn't really matter whether you 'flow' or not every month ... because it takes 'two' to tango (or to get you pregnant) and there could be 'fertility issues' in either or both of you.
So ... eat 'healthy' and get 'good exercise' and CONCENTRATE ON DOING ONLY THAT for at least three months ... but 'make love with your husband' as often as you normally do ... and tell him that you are 'making love' simply because you LOVE HIM.
If you don't 'get pregnant before your 'three months of getting healthy' is up, then continue to eat healthy and get good exercise but make love 'twice as often' as you did before ... and try to have him 'enter you' from 'behind' with your 'rear' in the 'air' and your head and chest on the bed ... and after he's 'finished' STAY IN THAT POSITION for at least 15 minutes, up to 30 minutes. If this doesn't WORK, then you'll need to start seeing an 'infertility specialist' because there could be some 'physical problem' preventing you from getting pregnant. But even if you are 'totally infertile' and it is 'impossible to get pregnant' you could be like me ... according to the doctors there are 17 different 'reasons' I can't get pregnant and/or carry a child 'to term' ... so what are those 'four little people' that came out of my body? I call them MIRACLES, but they are really just my children.

I'm a big fan of http://www.fertilityfriend.com/
There you can find all sorts of help about trying to conceive, you can track when you may be most fertile, and you can connect with others in your situation. It's a great site! Of course the good old standby of lots of sex ALL the time should work, too. And should be lots of fun as long as the "chore" of trying to conceive doesn't get in the way! Relax, have fun, and good luck!

OK....just because you are having periods doesn't meen that you are fertile, you will have to have tests done to determine if you are actually releasing eggs. You have the right idea though, as far as wanting to make sure you are as healthy as possible. Try eating healthy, drinking lots of water, exercises, and start taking pre-natals. Also stress can play a big factor in fertility. Try to involve yourself in as much as possible to take your mind off of "getting pregnant". Alot of woman find that they end up pregnant when they have given up and aren't even trying any more. Good Luck to you.....I hope I have helped a little ;)

All of you people that are trying to get prego are twisted. Getting prego is not a job it is a gift. Be patient relax and have fun. If I were a man and married or dating any of you that put me on a sex schedule I would cheat and dump you. It will happen if it is meant to.
