Nose job is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

Erm. A nose job usually [atleat the way I see it] refers to cosmetic surgery of the nose. And cosmetic surgery is done only superficially, on the outer part, meaning it doesnt go inside the nasal cavity and alter anything there. So no, it shouldnt have any effect on your voice in anyway. Ofcourse if you mean nose job in some other sense [such as getting an ingrowth/ tonsils/ etc. removed], then yes that is surgically removed, and your voice gets altered quite alot. I dont know about singing, because I think you can always train your vocal cords to do it right.

I got a Septoplasty for a Deviated Septum a few years ago. When I called into work no one knew who I was. I called my sister, brother and my parents and no one could recognize my voice. If they are shrinking your nose a Rhonoplasty (nose job)can cause voice change. My wife had a nose job and a septoplasty and it changed her voice.

Not really. It's not even good to sing using your nose. You don't want a nasal voice. So I'm thinking no.

it depends if you are doing for looks or if you are have problems with breathing through your nose....but i personally don't think it should affect your singing voice...just helps you to breathe easier
