I know this is going to be a stupid question, but how do women get pregnant if after sex, the ejaculate just comes right out of your vag? Especially if you go to the bathroom?

Not all of it comes out! Believe me some stays in! It may seem like it all comes out, but it doesn't! And besides...it only takes ONE! And I don't think it's a stupid question at all!! In fact, I used to wonder the exact same thing!
Put a pillow under your hips after sex for about 30-45 minutes! It should help keep those little guys in there!! Hope that helps...

most of what comes out is the mucus the carries the sperm. Those little fellas take off like a shot swimming away as soon as they are out; and what's more is they can live up to 6 days in the vagina so there is a chance of pregnancy even of the woman ovulates days after sex.

try laying down for a good 10 to 15 minutes after sex this helps

all of it doesn't come out every time. doushing can actually push sperm into the cervix.
If you do not want a pregnancy, use condoms, pills or get tubal ligation.
