Look no one has the right to kick someone else out of their home. Now if you ask me the first settlers were major morons to have not seen that Native Americans were just as smart as they were. They came here for religious freedom and to be able to live they way they want and for land. The third is mainly what doomed the native Americans.
The settlers thought of the Native Americans as heathens and felt that the native Americans did not have a right to own the land that they desperately wanted. So started our American history. American history that you can find in any history book.
Did the American settlers have a right to take the Native Americans and to do what they did? NO! ABSOLUTELY NO! But they did.
Lets look at it another way. Should the Jews be able to take the land and home of the Egyptians? For all the atrocities and things the ancient Egyptians did to the Jews? NO!
Look it sucks what had happened but you can't punish the White Americans of today, for what the early settlers did to your people back then. There are very few White people who can trace their families back to early settlers. Mine came from Russia.
As for your question: No! What happened to the Native Americans was disgusting and wrong but you can not kick others out of their homes. Plus the fact that the state and feds own the land if you think about it.
Besides, I thought that Native americans belived that the land cannot be owned by anyone. That it was a living growing thing that could not be baught or barterd for. So why would you even post this question??
Buh~bye!

You have papers right? You did not mention what tribe you are from? You do get your monthly check from the government right? Why do you think you get this check every month? You have that 99 year lease for that house you are living in? How much do you pay for that house, not much, why do you think this is?

I have native American in me to, this does not give me a right to take anyones property or possessions away from them.

Not if you gave up your property to another, you don't. Besides, I'm part Native American myself, one sixteenth. And most Native Americans believed that nobody could own nature, that it belonged to everyone, which is why they thought that the colonist were daft making deals with them concerning such things. At first they thought they were getting the better part of the deal, getting something for nothing, until they had imposed upon them by force the colonists way of thinking in such matters.
