My understanding is they were horrible. Engine & wheel bearing problems galore. This is the reason so many people think Toyota is so friggin' great, I think...

I'd be more concerned about the 3.4L if it's in it. they have had a lot of problems with the intake manifold gasket on those. Check the tow rating and don't exceed it, have a tranny oil cooler installed and do tranny services more frequently. Of course have the appropriate hitch installed and take it easy, take it out of OD for long climbs.
