For tax refund, normally you will get it in 2 to 3 months from the date of filling. Please Waite at lest 5 to 6 months for refund. If the amount is small forget it. If you feel that the refund amount is some what bigger amount, then you can approach the concerned ITO with your tax filling acknowledgment. He will tell you the status and may help you for refund.

Contact the ITO or your Assessing Officer with your P.A.No. and return date and serial number. The Assessing officer (i.e. ITO or AC/DC) while checking in his system, can able to say the status of your refund claim.
