Consulates in Birmingham and London. You can download the visa form and get the address off the web. I've used both High Commisions over the years, with postal applications. Turn around time v quick by registered post (less than one week in my experience). Cost is approx £30. Pain is that you have to send a postal order (rather than a cheque)!

If you need it quicker then there are many fast track services availiable on the internet. i go with transworld visas. I have just returned from goa and i go again in three weeks. i hope you like it as much as i do
