My teacher always has my pic up on the role check on her computer. Why is that? She was just lookin at it, and she knows i sit behind her desk to where i can see it, and when i came up to her to ask a question, she quickly closed out of it.

i would report her too.
you never know what else she could be looking at. just last week a substitute was busted looking at innappropriate content on about 3 different school computers. some students reported him, and it turns out that he somehow hacked the system and was scanning a bunch of stuff on the computers.
