I have only been to Sint Maarten from your list and stayed near Simpson Bay . I loved it it was the best Scuba diving I have done , I saw sharks , sea turtles , jelly fish , ship wrecks etc. The night life was second to none. Highly recommended.In order to put these in order I would have to visit the other 9 destinations. Maybe one day hopefully.

St. Maarten is tops on my list, followed very closely by the Virgin Islands. Puerto Rico isn't that interesting.
