I usually don't like them. I liked "longview" for a few minutes when it came out. Then "good riddance" was good but radio played it until it hurt. Then that chick sang it on ER at a funeral of some kid. That's when it's completely overly commercial. Then everybody acted like they were new again when Boulevard of Broken Dreams came out. I hated it too. Sorry, never been much of a green day fan.

I was always a Green Day fan.... I don't think that they have lost anything over the years, I love them!

old '90s green day...loved them!! great music...new green day (american idiot) terrible...i think that there too worried about trying to make political statements that their music just doesn't sound as good as it once did...

eh,i liked their early stuff better,but i guess they are okay now a days too.my fave band is my chemical romance and fall out boy though.

I used to like them, but I am pretty burnt out...they are pop now, not punk...and Billy Joe drives a BMW...nuff said.

i likt them even though they were a fad and the fad has passed i still love them there songs are upbeat and just easy to listen to.
