On your CPU? That's completely un-related.

192.168.1.1 is the IP address of either your router or modem most likely, or possibly another computer on your network.

If you are not the administrator, you cannot access your router or modem so you need to ask whoever has the admin account to do it.

that sounds like the router config ... if u need a password to get on and dont know it then u need to reset the router ..
