I'm not sure is she is a princess or has made it to a queen yet but Drew Barrymoore, just because she was born into it like a real royality by becoming a child star, then did the whole crazy drug and drink thing really early at about aged 9 or something crazy and turned it all round to put herself back in big films, from her not very good film stage (Poison Ivy) and then ran her own production company and made and starred in films like Charlies Angles, and adopted lots of it girl friends like Cameron Diaz along the way. Ok her films might be cheesy and commercial but then she pops up in things like Donnie Darko and prooves she has a bit more merit, so I'd crown her just for coming bank from the the brink at such a young age, or you could say rubbish to all that and just give the crown to Julia Roberts as she gets paid loads to do about one film every 2 years that nobody really watches
