ive tried every where including agencys and they all say i need a years experience, but how can i get this experience. any ideas im in the glagow area?

It's a tough industry at the moment due to a surge of Eastern European drivers working here - cheap!

Your location isnt ideal, but if you are happy to drive on the continent / or do nights away, then its not so much of an issue.

As for the experience you may just need to work for less until you get a foot on the ladder.

the way i did was actually lie and said some companies off the top of my head if theyre that desperate as most companies are they will employ you

start off by getting a job driving smaller vehicles, and then work your way up in the company.
