Judging by their arbitary use of suspend and delete through complaint, without asking the account holder, I believe youtube has shot itself in the foot. It would have been nice to see it act as an archive for the future. Would it be wrong to complain about EVERY video I think impinges copyright just so they lose peoples interest and becomes a dull and boring site that it will become anyway? FREEDOM OF SPEECH not the MEN IN SUITS

mm good point...i believe that since individual accounts are not being paid for their video postings, they should be able to share their content without fear of legal retribution.

Agreed. Any company, websight, organization, that infringes on the fourth amendments rights of freedom of speach should be shut down. Take away THEIR authority.
