I just think that it's a waste of time and money. It's not that I don't like clothes, I do, but I prefer to shop at like Marshalls. Why can't I like it like all my other friends do?

I'm saying when I have to get new clothes I shop at discount stores. I never actually want to go shopping at all anywhere.

i hate shopping. i like getting the new clothes but i cant stand having to walk around till i find the right size. the only store i like shopping in is victorias secret. all i have to do is pick out the undies with an s on the tag, its that easy. thats why me and my mom shop together all the time. she finds clothes in my size and asks me if i like them then we leave. we get in and out of stores fast when we do that. . the other day in abercrombie i got some really nasty looks since i went in with my mom. they thought i didnt belong there since i shopped with my mom and that store is too "cool" for that.

I don't think it's weird. I like to shop at Marshall's too. It's one of my favorite stores. My mom hates shopping because it takes up so much time and sometimes you don't even get what you're looking for/need. I don't think you can change how you feel about it. I think it's just how you are.

There's nothing wrong with that if that's not what you prefer. Not everyone likes to shop and that's normal. It's probably better that you don't like to shop, I couldn't tell you how many times I've put myself in a bad situation by spending too much money.

no. i mean i don't really care for shopping that much. some times i get the crave to go to ross or somewhere but that every now and then i mean i don't always want to go shopping. i agree with you a lot of time it is a waste of time and money.

im not a big shopper either i would rather go t wall mart or target to get my stuff so dont feel bad but i do occasionally like to go to my favorite stores if i have the money you no but i agree i am scared to spend my money bc i always think im goin to find somthing i like even better in the next store so no its not wierd just you dont like to shop as much as the average chick

if you knew how to shop I garauntee you you would like it. you currently dont see the value in mantaining any kind of personal appearance, and havent seen how it can advance you in life. You don't take pride in your appearance you've lost hope because you can't find clothes that go together and fit your body. I think you need a proffessional shopper.

I am thinking that you are normal though..
You know where you can get what you like and it works for you with no "wasted time".
Lots of people are like that really. You have other priorities. Join them for a movie clubbing or lunches out!

I wish I had your problem too...I'm such a shopoholic. It's like, I don't want to keep spending money but I don't know...something about the mall and getting new things just makes me happy. You should be happy with yourself. Just because your friends like it doesn't mean you should too.
