I know they're not likely to hatch, but if it does happen then what should i do? Don't i have to get them out of the tank and into a different one before the parents eat them all? And if so, then how do that?

They will not hatch, blood parrot cichlids are sterile. The reason that they are sterile is because they are a man made, not natural fish. They will also be more prone to tumors, and generally have poorer health than would a normal fish, and are usually very agressive. Lets all stop buying these fish, so that people stop interfering with nature to cross breed species just to get a cute fish. Of course, take care of the ones you have, I do think they're great fish, I just think it's sad how people manipulate nature for their own amusement.
