If you are just installing now, i guess you shd be already in the network. If so, check with your IT staff on the IP address available for the printer to set inside the hardware.
You may need support from the supplier of Printer to set the IP address on the printer hardware.
Next part, is for you to key in the same IP address inside the driver stored in your PC. This can be done from Control panel -> Printers - > choose the printer -> Properties -> Ports - > TCP/ IP address -> enter the address !!
You are thru " & must be able to print now.
Good luck

If you go to the printer and activates its menu there is usually a Setup item which includes network settings, usually with an option to print out the network settings. Another option, if the printer is connected directly to your network instead of to one of the computers on the network, go into your router configuration by opening a web browser and typing the IP address of the router, usually something like 192.168.1.1. If you don't know the router address, double-click on the network connection icon in your status tray, click the Support tab, and the router address will be listed as Default Gateway. Once inside the router configuration (if you never set a password, the default password will depend on your router make and model), go to the Status page and look for DHCP client table, sometimes under LAN status. This will list all the devices connected to the network and their IP addresses.

If the network printer that you mentioned is already installed in your OS, than just go to control panel, open the printers and faxes window, right-click on the printer and select properties. On the *advanced tab* you should be able to find the answer.
