I was having that problem in my Chevy Nova, but when I reached 55mph.
Took into the dealer and find out my shocks where out of balance and the front wheel axle needed fixing.
So into the shop it went, after they got through with it it ran wonderful,

I would start with having the tires rotated , and or balanced,or both. Tell the mechanic the speed at which the car shakes there are different types of wheel/tire balancing. If that does not solve the problem have them check the suspension, steering ,and front drive axles...most places will inspect all the above while the have it up on the lift to remove the wheels... Better to be safe than sorry..........probably just the balancing will do.......good luck..
If it is anything such as bent wheels, warped rotors or bad tires ...they will tell you when they pull the wheels off for balancing no need paying just to have that checked separately. Tell the mechanic what it is doing , he will know what to check, do not have it checked one thing at a time...as most mechanics have the meter running while working $$$

You will need to start off by checking the balance on all tires as well looking for any bent rims. Both of these can cause this shake.

So can a bent axle or a seriously warped rotor or a wheel bearing could be going out.

It could be more than just tires not balanced... The next time you take your car in for service ask them to inspect your suspension, and undercarriage. My 07 Civic des that, but only when I hit 93MPH. So if your experiencing that at 60MPH, then you should have your car looked at and tell the mechanic.

yeah that's a start by balancing you're tires. also have them check for tire separation.this is caused when the tire core or belts come apart and the air in the tire inflates the weak spot and causes a bubble on the tire. also make sure that there isn't any suspension problems as well.

likely a minimum of considered one of your tires are growing to be to be unbalanced. that's a common reason for shaking while a automobile is pushed at street speed - yet would not demonstrate the subject at slower speeds. Balanced tires have little lead weights related to the perimeters. This weights can (and do) fall off via the years, and could be knocked off via hitting something interior the line. the subject would desire to be ice that has shaped in and around your tires, yet that ice incredibly would desire to fall off while vacationing at swifter speeds and from hitting bumps (tires take the finished marvel of each and every little thing you hit, so no longer something heavy would desire to be waiting to adhere to them). i choose to advise going to a service station and characteristic them look at your tires. Unbalanced tires could be a severe utilising risk. There are 2 varieties of tire balancing which could be finished. a typical stability, and a intense-speed stability. i choose to advise the intense-speed stability.

That is the most common reason for a highway vibration, although it could also be a bad tire, drive shaft imbalance(rear wheel drive cars),excessive runout in hub/bearing assembly, bad half shaft(fwd & awd),bad front end parts(tie rods, ball joints, etc.)or even a warped rotor. You didnt give enough info. to say for sure.

its a possible for a few things. Let me ask you, does it shake when you apply the brakes alittle or only when accerating? If its braking then your rotors are warped, if you accerating then the cheapest solution would be to get your tires balanced.

It can be uneven wear on your tires, an allignment is due, or over infation of your tires to cause uneven wear. It can be one or all of the above together.
