You would have been able to figure out after 10 months if you were pregnant or not. Your menstrual cycle would have been inoperative for the past... 10 months...?
You would have been gaining weight with a baby... among other factors. Getting pregnant is one of the most radical physical changes a human body undergoes.

First of all its Pregnant. How old are you? You are only pregnant for 9 months. If your 10 months your over due and should be in the hospital being induced!

the only real way to tell is to buy a urine test or to get a blood test done, other factors to help tell are like if your period is late, your breast are tender, and nausiated. There's no real way to tell without the test being done.
