There is none as far as we know. There have been some odd events there, but not more so than at any other area of the ocean.

The mystery of the Triangle was thought to be solved. It was proven that in the bed of the ocean, scattered throughout the "triangle", are cracks and faults. Pressure builds up beneath the ocean floor and once the pressure builds up enough, gases are released through these faults. The gas will float up through the ocean, and rise into the air, sort of like one intact bubble, if you will. Now, if a plane was to be flying overhead, the gases (because they are lighter than the air that is normally flowing around the plane) would cause the plane's gauges to go awry, causing the pilot to lose control, and eventually causing the plane to crash. The same thing happens to the boats, though with boats, the "bubbles" of gas are so immense that when they breach the surface of the water, they cause the boat to tip, and, unfortunately, sink.
This is probably the most logical solution that I have come across that has debunked the entire "mystery" surrounding the Bermuda Triangle. Most believe it has some sort of curse on it, but I find it very difficult to see that as the most likely cause of the accidents/disappearances.

The mystery of the Bermuda Triangle is the myth that disappearances happen within it from unexplained causes that are so unusual as to require an explanation involving previously undiscovered phenomena. This is an illusion created entirely by ignoring the facts of the situation and the laws of probability--at least according to experts who have investigated the phenomena. The explanation goes like this: Airplanes do crash now and then, boats and ships sink. At sea, these accidents often happen so suddenly and completely that there is no trace left to show what happened. The "Bermuda Triangle" is one of the most heavily travelled areas of ocean in the world. It is hardly surprising that ships, boats and planes disappear there from time to time, often without a trace. We really don't need to resort to UFOs or space-time warps to account for these vanishings, only the understanding that these things happen and that often we don't know exactly why.
Many people still believe in supernatural events that may occur within the Triangle, but we needn't resort to such outlandish theories to provide explanations.
Just my opinion.
Hope this helps.

Why so many people think there's something mysterious about an area of ocean bounded by three random geographical points. I have NEVER been able to figure THAT one out.
