can i some how watch dvd movies on my pc ,gateway, with windows me, if so how please help

I haven't seen a computer in the last 5 years that doesn't come with a CD-ROM/DVD Combo!

You need a DVD drive on your computer to be able to watch DVDs/

If you have a DVD rom drive on your computer with the correct software installed you can watch DVD's on your computer. I have a DVD rom on my computer, but the software is not installed correctly so I cannot.
