What opening do you use when white, and when black?

I'm classical.
As White, I like the Queen's Gambit or Ruy Lopez - I'll play Nf3 if somebody responds with the Sicilian and go for the Exchange variation of the French Defense. Or take e5 if it's a Petrov.
As Black, I always play the French De fence to e4. I respond to d4 with d5 and to the Queen's gambit with e6.
I respond d4 to Nf3 or Nc6.

If you have just started openings, you should play the Scotch for white and the French for black, that is what I started with.

I like King Pawn openings, with both B&W.
