Okay My best friend just started dating her b/f like for a week and she thinks he's not gettin her anything cuz he's really shy and i'v even asked him what should she do if he des'nt get her anything and what should i say to her?

she will have many more valentines days in her life to get gifts from boys. 12 is still pretty young, and a week is a pretty short time to expect anything from a boy who doesn't drive and doesn't have a job. Help her to be realistic. Tell her, he really likes her, but you know, he's shy and he's probably never given a girl a gift before.
also, he might surprise you both!

I hate to say it too, but they're 12.
She should be having fun with her friends, not worrying about this boy.
She's wasting her time because chances are the relationship won't last much more than a month.
Other than that, you shouldn't be getting yourself in the middle of someone else's relationship. It's just going to get you into trouble.
Also, they've been dating a week. Tell her to put a little valentine in his valentine's box and be done with it.

She is 12 year old? They shouldn't be dating at that age. Since you are her best friend, you must be 12 also. That is sad that 12 year olds are already dating.

Organize a party.
This will let them spend time together --- hopefully a parent would be able to give everyone at the party a small gift. V-Day is about time spent together and not a gift.

if she really likes him she might want to get him some present on v day and thats fine. no one should give only if they expect to get.
consider that the boy is12 he might not have 1 cent does that mean he is not worth her seeing?

i dunno...tell her the truth, thats all you can do. Or you can let him tell her. Since your the best friend...tell her instead since he is shy.
