My wife and I are getting divorced. I have already gotten a seperation agreement and she should be served (I Hired the process server) shortly. Do I need to file this agreement at the court house? or do I hold onto it?

Yes you need to file it at the courthouse. And remember, any stipulated agreement is not binding unless IT IS ALSO SIGNED BY A JUDGE!
