i have herd that the tounge is the least, then that the eyebrow was for pussys, then the belly was painful and cartolage all around hurts so what is the truth...

Above the waist, the most painful piercing would be either the nipples or the anti-tragus.
If you don't already know, the tragus is the little nub that sticks out in the front part of your ear...straight up from your earlobe. The anti-tragus is the part on the outside ear that sort of sticks out towards the tragus.
