all 3 are free, all 3 work exceptionally well and interact excellently

Don't download software from unknown websites. Don't run programs you are not familiar with. Don't visit websites you don't know well. Cleaning trojans can be difficult, even the best trojan scanners might not pick up the sign that there is a trojan on your PC. The best thing to do is reformat your drive so you don't put yourself at risk.

It depends on which trojan is detected.Some trojans detected are spyware.

Do an online virus scan to check if you still have any other viruses in your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .

depends, you could use a program called the cleaner. It is specifically for trojans.

avg antivirus is good but you also need a good antispyware adaware,spybot,avg antispy,and superantispyware are all good
