The Tigers have their rotation intact from last year. Bonderman and Verlander should continue to develop, which will more than offset Kenny Rogers' decline. Zumaya is ready to take over as the closer in case Todd Jones struggles.
Their lineup is mostly intact. The addition of Sheffield should give them a huge boost. Plus they have Casey for the whole year. For these reasons, the Tigers will definitely win the division, maybe the World Series.
The Wildcard battle will be hard fought between the Red Sox and the White Sox, but I see the Chicago Sox coming out ahead.

I think it will be a 3 way battle for that Division between
The Indians
The Twins and
The Tigers.
Hopefully the wild card comes out of the central again, but you cannot discount what The Red Sox have done.
The Yankees will probably win the East (again) (and yeah I hate that too), but both the yankees and red sox have improved.
Should be an interesting season, for sure.
I'd love to see Minnesota & Detroit play for the ALCS...but I am being biased (as usual).

Chicago did not do enough in the offseason, Twins will miss Radke and Liriano, that leaves Tigers as the Central winners. Indians surprise all by finishing a strong second. My crystal ball can't pick a wild card in the central because it will be so competitive. Look for the wildcard in the East where the Red Sox and Yankees can feast on Devil Ray and Oriole meat or in the West where the Mariners and Rangers replay their continuing role as patsies.

I think that the Tigers will win the AL Central. The Wild Card may be either the Twins or the Red Sox.

Tigers to win the Central, with Twins and White Sox as usual right there. I see the wild card coming out of the Central as well.

The Tigers only got better. The White Sox lost pithing depth and they have a few position question marks. The Twins need Liriano to solidify their rotation. The Tribe has an intimidating line-up but big rotation and bullpen issues and the Royals.... yeah, they're the royals. The Can-do Cats will take the central

Wild card definitely comes out of the Central. White Sox win the division, but only by a couple of games over the Twins. On a personal side note, the Royals make great strides to pull themselves out of cellar. They may still finish last, but won't embarrass themselves with another 100 loss season.
