It is getting close to valentine's day. I have no vehicle, I have 20 bucks to my name, and I live at home with my parents. Is there any good romantic ideas I can pull off?

First, what do you like to do with her (common interests)?
Valentines day is a day for you to find ways to impress her. Banking on your value based off your walet isn't so good. Send her an invitaion - Telling her where, when, time, and what to wear is romantic. Then you can find a poem (Valentines cards), and recite it to her --- you'll want to practice, and make reading it to her interactive. Pausing, then leaning near her neck, say a single word --- then pull away and smile is simple things you can do to make the poem romantic.
Follow this up with slow dancing, and Oh-La-La --- you've created romance from your heart.

Here's something creative that will be appreciated and you will have fun doing:
Make up a crossword puzzle and have all the hints be personal inside moments and jokes that only you two would know about. Put it on a poster board and add some clipart and some pictures to it!

Instead of a gift, how about a homemade card that tells your special person how you feel about them and then do something special for them. Wash their car, cook them dinner, etc.... If you still want to buiy something, how about one perfect rose to go with the card and whatever you do for them. I appreciate special gestures much more than presents!

Tons...have your mom bring you to the mall, and go into Bath and Body Works, they have lots of good deals on good stuff girls like! They will ask you how much you want to spend!
