(USA) Which State do Blacks feel the most confortable in? Which City?

Wondering which State is the most friendly to blacks? Then, which city? I am planning to move to a more tolerant place. But i haven't travelled much throughtout the country.

this question is a bit too ignorant to get an honest responce.... but in california,there are litterally every type of race,color and gender for everyone
