Being a homeowner and parent I fully agree with the statement,
1. if you're not an adult there are cut and dried rules on a fairly
simply variety (eat your veggies, do your chores etc)
2. if you're of legal age, get a job and move so you can have
your own roof to "rule" over

Same rules we all grew up with. What's the problem ?
If you don't like it or want to live by it, MTF out and see just how good you did have it !
