i'm a sometimes procastinator. it's mostly because i'm lazy and i forget a lot tho. but the only thing i can think of is if u have a cell phone, start making it ring when it's time to do something. then when the voice in ur head starts to say nah i could always do it later tell it "no i have to do it NOW." and get up and do it. also if ur having problems with assignments for work or school start working on them as soon as u get a chance. not when u feel like it. not being a procastinator is hard, but being one stresses u out more. these things won't work immediatly. it takes time to get used to them but hopefully u'll stop procastinating soon. hope i helped!

Well the best thing to do would be to not worry about it today, because i am sure that it will wok itself out tomorrow. No i am kidding. What i do is if I have a report due. I tell my self that it is due like 2 days before it really is, or i write in in my planner that it is due a few days before it is, so I really think it is, this works well if you do it at the beginning of the year or when you first find out about the assignment, even if the teacher reminds you when it is due you should have it in your head that it is due a few days earlier, then you can turn in in early or ask people to review it, and make it better for a better grade.

Stopping procrastination is an ongoing process. You have to be aware of your tendency. Take steps to overcome it.

Get a calendar and make a habit of writing deadlines.

Bigger projects will need to be broken down in sections. For example figure out 1/4 of the project needs to be completed by 4-22. 1/2 needs to be completed by ..." Write these milestones in your calendar.

Mark successful completions in your calendar with a highlighter. (This will feel good and serve as a reward.)

Organizing your workspace and files will also help.

All the best...

I'll answer you tomorrow. No, seriously, just set your mind to get it done, see it done in your mind, set a goal and get to work. No excuses.
