See it depends on what type of phone you have. Say you have one in which a USB cable can be plugged(Like Nokia 7250i, 3300 and most), then you can buy a DATA-CABLE from an electronics shop, plug it directly to your pc and there goes!
Or if you have BlueTooth enabled Phone then you can buy a BLUETOOTH ADAPTOR and plug it in the USB-port of your pc and transfer your pictures just at a click on your phone.

Look near battery for the card it can be: XD, CF, MMC, MS, MS PRO DUO, SD, etc. Get the card and put it into a card reader conected at u're computer. If is a film camera go to a photo-shop and look to transfer the film on a CD/DVD.
