Union is strength or unity is strength means that united we stand and divided we fall. For example, a bundle of sticks is difficult to break but each stick is easy.

Too many cooks spoil the broth - One should not use too many people to do a given job, since the diversity leads to lack of coordination. The proverb came because each cook added a little salt to the broth thinking the others did not do it.

If you want thing well done, do it youself - Only you know really what you want. all specifications cannot be expressed clearly. And if something goes wrong, you only have yourself to blame, so no frayed tempers.

Every pottr praises his pot - since you have done the job, you will be loathe to criticise it. So, praise is the result. It is a human weaknss and is called bias.

Union is strength:-
If any part or a thing is divided against itself, that cannot stand for a long time coz something unexpected usually occurs naturally.

Too many cooks spoil the broth:-
When too many people work together on a project, the result is inferior.

If you want a thing well done, do it yourself:-
try and try till u succeed. if u want anything then try to achieve it with ur own hands. dont depend upon others coz it may give inconvenience to u or others around u.

Every potter praises his pot:-
(Every potter praises his pot, and most of all the one that is cracked) is the full proverb. dont b very proud coz there might b one disadvantage for every1 of us. but at the same time dont complain about others coz even u may b doing some mistakes at either times....

"Too many cooks spoil the broth" means that your work will be more efficient if you use fewer people. This proverb is to say that if too many people do the same thing (job), it will not be done well.
