Instead, like most people are saying, making her pay the bill or stopping service, try talking to her first. Come up with a solution that both of you find is fair. Ask her to limit her texting. Since you are paying the bill, you can always use discontinuing the service if she doesn't limit her texting. I answered your other question before this one, so to add to this, don't worry if she's just texting a boy. That is normal for girls and boys her age. It doesn't necessarily mean she has a boyfriend. And remember that boys can be just friends too.

take the phone or shut of the texting on the phone. all you have to do is go to your cell phone company and have text shut off.
