Here where I am this morning in Central California, we have been having rain. Today is a beautiful sunny day. Blue sky. Hopefully the clouds don't come back for more rain.

I'm in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and it's about -11C outside. It's dry with intermittent sunny skies. Rather than translate it to Farenheit, basically you need to wear a scarf and hat and a few layers to feel warm when you go outside. Your mouth and nose should be covered by your scarf to be able to breathe more easily. But I've been in colder climes -- -40C in Winnipeg last year! Felt like I was vacationing on Mars!

Here in WA state we've got a mix of snow and rain. It looks like it's starting to slow down and become more rain than snow though.
