President Bush's budget cuts funding to many healthcare programs for low income families here, while funding this futile war. Many people here are having problems with this issue, yet it is only spoken about and not resolved.

The AMA and Big Pharma don't want us to give universal healthcare to all Americans because this would involve lowering the amount of obscene profits they rake in now. These groups paid big money to demonize the Clinton's health care plan in the 90's.

But since our government is now run by the lackeys of big corporations, our policy is geared toward what brings in the money for them rather than what is best for the average American citizen. Profits for Carlyle and Haliburton and Exxon are what dictated the Iraqi War. Unocal wanted a pipeline through Afghanistan. Venezuela is an OPEC nation with a huge supply of oil and a socialist president. That's why Bush tried to have him overthrown. Iran has a great deal of oil, Bush wants to go after them next.
What part of rich man's war, poor man's fight don't you understand?

Actually several Nations sent foreign aid to America last year.

Unlike the present administration. Many people are concerned with America's poverty problems.

Euro aid to Appalachia and inner city poverty is becoming more of a norm.

Here is the kicker, we are funding health care for the Iraqi people while letting our own people do without affordable access to health care. It should be another crime that Bush is guilty of.

Health care is not the governments problem.Protecting our country is.Liberals want to take care of every person in the would but they never help.Just look at social security, welfare , public schools.why do you think health care would be any better.everyone gets health care now they can't be turned away at the emergency room.maybe you want anyone to be able to go for free anytime they want. What do you think the wait would be since there would be less doctors.who would want to be a doctor in a socialized health care country.
