PC to PC calls use very less amount of your internet traffic... It just requires to transfer video and voice... I have been using this feature from long time...

If you talk for half an hour with your webcam on... It will hardly use 10 - 15 MB of your internet traffic....

Its not defined how many MBs you'll be using. This depends on many factors such as, video quality and device been used for video, as well as client been used and voice quality. It could vary by a lot, but I doubt that you'll be using a lot of bandwith anyway. A regular highspeed cable connection or even an ADSL connection should do the job just fine.
