If you've been practicing for a really long time, you have nothing to worry about. Even if you do mess up, which you won't, don't worry about it. It's not like all of your friends and family will disown you or anything. Don't worry. Every time I have to go on stage, I always think I'm going to forget my lines or something, but I never do. Even if I did, i'm pretty sure the world would not stop. You'll be fine. Just do your best. Good luck.

It's a party. Who cares if you fall over. Chances are, everyone will fall over at least once. Even the pro's do every now and then. Just have fun and laugh it off when you trip.

All you can do is try your best. Don't try anything you have had difficulty with in the past.
