If I want to set the feed at 20#, how much pressure in the expansion tank?

The expansion tank is pre-set from the factory, check for a label on it, should tell you what that pressure is.

the expansion tanks are pre charged there is no reason to ever mess with the pressure.the systems are desinged to run at 10-15 psi.
