I have a ball python. His name is Spencer and he is getting ready to shed again.
He is still a hatchling, so he will shed 6 to 8 times a year until he gets bigger.
They shed just like most snakes. His skin looks dry, eyes turn blue, and he will sit in one spot for 7 to 10 days until he is ready to start scraping it off.

Clown ball pythons shed and constrict the same as other ball pythons since they are just a particular pattern morph and are no different than other ball pythons. They live in captivity with people and cost about $10,000.00.
